Delivery
Delivery is made electronically, by email. After paying for the desired package, you will receive a voucher by email, which you must present at the Vmax location.
Voucher Policy
- Vouchers are valid Monday through Sunday at all Vmax locations.
- They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, with the exception of the Grand Prix experience, which is valid for one year.
- To benefit from the Grand Prix experience, a prior reservation is required, and it is available only for people aged 18 and over.
- Vouchers are sent by email in PDF format and are personal.
- Possession of a voucher does not automatically guarantee a reservation for any session.
- Vouchers are delivered in electronic format via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. They may be used 24 hours after the date of purchase.
Prices and Payment Methods
Displayed prices are expressed in Romanian Lei and include VAT. Payment for packages can be made online or directly at the Vmax location, either in cash or by bank card. For purchases made directly at the venue that take place immediately, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund does not apply. Since any order placed and fulfilled at the Vmax venue involves reserving spots and resources, in the event of cancellation, the amounts paid will not be refunded, being retained as compensation for the damage caused.
For expired vouchers or packages, the responsibility for their non-use lies solely with the client, and Vmax cannot be held liable.
Return Policy
Packages purchased at Vmax Karting locations or through our website may be cancelled within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase. For cancellation and refund, please contact us at titan@vmaxkarting.ro. The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the request.
Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify the services offered in case of unavailability or the need for adjustments. Customers will be notified of such changes.
Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed once accepted. If the customer does not show up at the reserved time, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation of the reservation without refund if it was not notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling of the session may be done subject to availability, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the original session.
- In case of delay, access depends on seat availability, with no guarantee of session rescheduling.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for failure to provide services due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, adverse weather conditions). Furthermore, we do not assume liability for the non-use of services within the voucher’s validity period, provided that the client has been properly informed.
Safety and Code of Conduct
Participation in activities offered by Vmax is at the customer's own risk. Vmax cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions or conduct rules. Customers must strictly comply with instructions received before and during sessions. Failure to do so may result in the activity being interrupted, without refund.
Account Creation
On your first visit to a Vmax location, customers must create a user account to access the services offered. Account deletion can be requested at any time, without restrictions, by email at titan@vmaxkarting.ro.

All content on the website www.vmaxtitan.ro, including texts, images, graphics, web graphic elements, and scripts, is the property of Vmax Three SRL or its suppliers and is protected by law. Use without written consent of any elements from the site is prohibited and subject to sanctions under current legislation.
